You and seven fortunate guests will be welcomed to Jamieson Ranch Vineyards by Estate Chef Carmen Guzman. After a splash of rosé, she'll escort you to our organic gardens, where you'll harvest the season's freshest ingredients for your custom-tailored feast. We'll do the heavy lifting, ferrying your produce to the kitchen while you take a side trip to our barrel room. There you'll sample directly out of barrel with winemaker Dana Epperson, selecting the perfect wine to pair with your meal.
Then the excitement begins, as you prep your courses under the careful tutelage of Chef Guzman, who will share her perspective on the alchemy of wine and food in this lively interactive workshop. You'll all enjoy the fruits of your labor, sitting down for a decadent, al fresco four-course lunch.
The winning bidder will also receive a Magnum of our 2011 Jamieson Ranch Double Lariat Cabernet Sauvignon.
